Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve customers’ problems by phone, e-mail or during on-site visits.
  • Make physical repairs, mainly on Macs.
  • Install and maintain network cables and hardware.
  • Follow best IT security practices in all their work activities.
  • Deploy and maintain business cloud solutions.
  • Deploy and maintain IP telephony solutions.
  • Resolve #$@&%*! printer issues!

Requirements and nice-to-haves

  • 5 years of relevant experience in diagnosing and solving technical problems or any other related experience.
  • Good knowledge of, and experience with, MacOS environments a plus.
  • Be customer service-focused, motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent analytical skills and timeliness in executing work responsibilities.
  • Good communication and organizational skills and meticulous when it comes to service quality.
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence and, ideally, a means of transportation.
