Job description

Your day-to-day tasks

• Offering tech support by phone to our business clients;
• Offering on-site technical support to our business clients;
• Planning, organizing and implementing cloud IT solutions such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace;
• Supporting level-1 technicians;
• Carrying out project planning;
• Meeting with managers in order to fully meet their technology needs;
• Ensuring that our clients’ computer systems are running smoothly.
