Job description

Your day-to-day tasks

• Offering tech support by phone to our business clients;
• Implementing cloud IT solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace;
• Maintaining and implementing VoIP phone solutions;
• Preparing and installing various pieces of IT equipment.

This internship is ideal for you if

• You’re an empathetic and cheerful person who likes to interact with people;
• You’re passionate about technology
• You’re not opposed to the idea of using a Mac;
• You see solutions where others see problems.
• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, Windows Server)
